Frontu and Samsung came together to create a software-hardware solution for clients that want to supervise devices on location. This collaboration is expressed through the Samsung Knox devices where employees can track devices and assist in the case of a system’s failure but doesn’t stop there. It’s an ongoing relationship that wants to bring operational clarity to the entire FSM industry.

Our R&D project aims to create a virtual assistant for technical field personnel (Field Service Management) consisting of several modules developed by collecting big data and potentially applying machine learning. The vision calls for automating the field service management industry and equipping employees with powerful data-driven solutions to do their jobs faster and better.
1. Provide field technicians with information previously unavailable to them by using virtual assistance to improve the speed and quality of task completion
2. Explore providing companies with currently unavailable algorithms to accurately determine their FTFR (First Time Fix Rate) to accelerate progress tracking
3. Enabling automated, previously unavailable data-driven job scheduling for predictive and preventive maintenance
4. Provide real-time remote video maintenance to customers
The research and development work on the project will take about 12 months. Contribution of European Funds and project costs have been estimated at PLN 1,100,000.00.
Successfully completed by the Frontu users using the platform, adding to that total on a daily basis.
